Kirkhill Gardens

With an existing conservatory that was reaching the end of its functional life, Kirkhill Gardens saw its replacement with a new, thermally efficient sunroom. Internally, the kitchen and dining rooms were combined to create a larger, brighter space with increased connection to the garden.

A new kitchen was fitted, level access and consistent flooring were provided throughout what were previously three individual rooms. marrying them together to feel as though the house had always been so.

In a bid to minimise the environmental impact of the build, the existing conservatory was carefully dismantled and repurposed by a neighbour. The previous foundations were reused, greatly reducing cost outlay for the client and embodied carbon of the project.
